We get copied on customer confirmation emails and I've noticed a number of them recently have nothing in the message body. This started last night with two blank emails, then they seemed to be okay for awhile, but now this afternoon they've started with the empty messages again. We've made no edits or changes on the product or email confirmation in months. Could this be related to the recent power outage or is something else going on?

Hm, the power outage at our datacenter occurred from about 10:15-10:30am MST/PDT, and it took us another 10-15 min. after that to get our order handling system back up to full performance, so any orders outside of that time range would not have been affected.



Your settings look correct, so there's no reason there why blank emails would have been sent; if you could email us some affected Transaction IDs, we can ask Development to investigate:
