Hi There,

Longtime user (and lover!) of ejunkie setting up new business page with 2Checkout. I've had so many issues with PayPal (not PayPal with ejunkie, just PayPal in general) over the years that I want to try out 2Checkout.

I've now completed 4 live orders using a link on my website and 2checkout will not redirect back to ejunkie after submitting credit card information and clicking purchase. I have it set up to Header Redirect to https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/2cocart.php just like the ejunkie setup instructions say.

It looks like it's going to redirect to the thank you page but it hangs up and displays a white page with a really long URL that begins with --> https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/2cocart.php? and includes the purchasers name, address, IP, etc.

All of the orders were processed from my debit card (just checked online banking) but no email with the download link was ever sent to the buyer.

I've triple-checked that the settings are correct and I've tested sending a free download link (worked great).

Have you guys seen this before or have any idea what's going on? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks guys.

Your E-junkie Transaction Log (which you can view from your Seller Admin) shows we haven't processed any orders for you yet, so that indicates something amiss in your 2CO integration settings for us.

Presuming you're using your E-junkie-issued Cart button codes to sell your product, the next most likely cause would be a mismatch in your Secret Word. Try changing your Secret Word, first in your 2Checkout account and then matching that exactly in your E-junkie Seller Admin > Edit Profile screen. Use your computer's copy-paste functions to make sure they match exactly, and note that your Secret Word must be letters and numbers only (no spaces, punctuation or other symbols).

Thanks for the help; the issue was the secret word not matching like you mentioned although the problem was a character limit in ejunkie's settings.

I was copying and pasting a 40 character secret word from the settings on my 2checkout merchant page, however the ejunkie secret word box under SELLING WITH 2CHECKOUT is limited to what appears to be around 16 characters. So when I pasted the 40 character secret word, only the last 16 characters or so was being pasted. I wrongfully assumed it was simply wrapping the beginning characters but it was actually removing them.

To fix, I just created a 16 character secret word that would fit in ejunkie's box.

Just FYI if anyone else encounters the same problem.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention; 2CO used to have a 16 character limit for the Secret Word, but it appears like they've more recently expanded that to 64 chars max., so I'm asking Development to look into supporting that at our end as well.
