If you're referring to cart views and thank-you page views, the issue may be that mobile devices always open the cart as its own page in a separate window/tab for best usability, so any GA tracking code in your own page won't be able to track cart views that occur in a separate page like that.
Our customized version of the GA tracking code only works properly when the cart displays as an overlay "inside" your own page, so the cart works as a part of your page in that case, and this allows a GA tracking cookie to be set which our thank-you pages can recognize as a trigger to insert Ecommerce Tracking data for GA to pick up.
