Hi,

I can't see any of the discount coupons I used to have on my products.

This is not specific to the new interface, I have used coupons since the launch.

Any ideas how to retrieve them?

I tried one and it works. But I can't see any in the dropdown list.

I checked your account and see 18 separate discounts listed in the drop down menu. In your E-junkie account, from the Seller Admin page click on Discounts & Gift Coupons. The Select Discount drop down menu will list your existing discounts. If you do not see the discounts in that drop down menu, then please take a screenshot and e-mail our support staff with the screenshot so we can take a look.

Hi. I went ahead and created a new code, and voila all the codes re-appeared.

Glad to hear you got it sorted out. It's possible your browser simply failed to load all the parts of the Admin correctly. If you see any strange behavior like this where anything doesn't show up as it should, you can force-reload the Admin by holding the Ctrl key (on PC) or Shift key (Mac) while you click the Reload/Refresh button in your browser.
