Hi all.



I am currently setting up my cart system. The shopping cart screen functions just fine and the zip code field has black text, so it is visible when the user types in the zip.



I enabled a discount code. The type-in field appears on the Shopping cart screen, but the text is white and the cart background is white, so the text is not visible...not too useful!



I have received a note from the tech. support folks and they tell me it is in my styles, so why does the zip work?



Any assistance will be greatly appreciated as this is an important feature for my startup!

Hello Mark,



It is definitely something in your CSS style settings, the discount field and the zip code field are handled a bit differently so it is possible for different settings to be applied to each field, in this case black text in one and white text in the other.



The best way to fix this is to go through your style settings and be sure that nothing is set to white, that will remove whatever is changing the text in the discount field.
