My account is taking quite a while to send codes to my customers. I receive the notification of payment from paypal, but never received the thank you e-mail with the registration codes. Any ideas?

Is it possible to send the customers a registration code and have it be the one that's sent to them after the payments are successfully processed?

You can send codes from E-junkie Seller Admin > Send Free thank you email/downloads/codes. Before you do that, enter the transaction IDs which were not processed in the list accessible from E-junkie Seller Admin > Block transactions, so that when and if PayPal sends the IPNs, the buyers won't get the code again.
