I have been hit recently with a ton of fraudulent purchases/charge backs.

Paypal is working with me to help, and they suggested that any cart with over $100 in it, should be delayed in receiving the goods, until I can examine the IP and internet provider and maintain that it is legit.

Is there anyway that I can do this through my e-junkie account? I have a ton of products.

Really appreciate some help, we have to find a way to combat fraud with digital downloads!!

Hmm, we don't have a setting to do this based on the order total but for the short term you can go to Seller Admin > Edit Payment Preferences and check the box to "ONLY AUTHORIZE" payments so that you have a chance to review them in your PayPal account. Also be sure that the third box down on waiting for pending payments is also checked, which means we don't deliver anything until you approve the payment.

That should keep our system from sending out any download links until you've approved the order, and you can turn it off when the crooks move on.

Ok thanks! I did hit the ONLY AUTHORIZE, which immediately unchecked the third box, looks like you cannot select both. I loved the idea of having a seamless system that I didn't have to do manual work with, I am so bummed there are so many scammers in the world.

One last question, for making a telephone number mandatory, I cannot find it on paypal anywhere in preferences. Anywhere. Can you perhaps direct me more specifically?

Thanks for your help.
