Hi. I was just testing my Thank You Letters using the Secret Code feature. The total zeroed out, but a Customer Information Screen popped up asking for Name: First and Last Email address, Company Name(optional), and Phone Number. It also asks if they want to sign up for my Newsletter.



All are required fields except Company Name...I've never seen this screen before. Is there a way to edit this and make the phone number field optional as well? Who sees this? Does this screen always come up during a purchase ,or only with the Discount Code?

That "customer information" screen is our Free Checkout page, which is only shown when the buyer's cart total is 0.00:

Buyers with a non-zero cart total would not see that screen, and would instead be directed to the checkout site for their chosen payment method (e.g. PayPal).



You can make a phone number optional/required in the Payment Preferences screen of your Seller Admin; however, for PayPal checkouts this would be determined in your PayPal account Profile > Selling Tools > Website Preferences screen.
