I have one specific product when it's added to the cart it will not show the "Country" and "Zip" fields in the popup cart. From what I can tell so far this is the only product having this specific issue. If I add a second product it will show the fields. I've tested this on multiple browser (Chrome, FF, Safari) and the results are the same - no Country/Zip fields. I even tried deleting the product and added it again. I found this anomaly only because an order came through that didn't include a shipping address - but I'm not even sure if that is related to this distinct issue.
