My customers who have ordered via PayPal have not received their confirmation emails. This has been happening since Tuesday (11/25/2014). Both the E-Junkie and PayPal transaction notifications are being sent to me, but the confirmation email is not being sent to the customer. (I have the products setup to send me a copy of the confirmation emails, and I'm not getting a copy either.)



P.S. Feature request: a "resend notifications" option for each order would be great.

According to our records there's only been two orders logged since Tuesday, and both of those definitely had emails go out to the buyer and to your login email as a copy.



The orders can still be viewed at Seller Admin > View/Download Transactions Log, there you can get the transaction ID and the related keys that were sent out for the order.



You can go to Seller Admin > Re-activate Expired Links and Re-send Thank You Email to resend the notifications for these two orders, just copy the transaction ID into that window and hit submit.

I'm sorry - there is no issue on e-junkie's end. You guys are golden.



(Someone had sent me some phishing attacks using my own sales email address as the return address. I marked them as spam in gmail, and since then, all my sales emails were flagged as spam because of it.)
