According to our records there's only been two orders logged since Tuesday, and both of those definitely had emails go out to the buyer and to your login email as a copy.
The orders can still be viewed at Seller Admin > View/Download Transactions Log, there you can get the transaction ID and the related keys that were sent out for the order.
You can go to Seller Admin > Re-activate Expired Links and Re-send Thank You Email to resend the notifications for these two orders, just copy the transaction ID into that window and hit submit.
