Is it possible to configure E-junkie to deliver the subscribers Wordpress generated password in an email after the subscriber makes a donation?

Sure, our integration feature can be used to do this. We can send you the transaction data to a script, that script can send the email to wordpress and your user's will get their passwords from wordpress.
For this sort of thing, we can only offer pointers like E-junkieChef suggested: use our Integration feature to send each buyer's order data to a custom script at your end, and then have your script send the buyer their login info.
