Item-specific template tags such as [%quantity%] and [%codes%] will not work in the Common Thank-you Email or Common Thank-you Page HTML customization fields, as those fields are not associated with any particular product.
You might consider using the template tag [%thankyou_link%] in your Common Thank-you Email to provide a link to the buyer's thank-you page, which you can format like an order invoice as explained here:
