Hey guys,

I'm new to e-junkie. I created a new product, an e-book, and I uploaded it to e-junkie.

I integrated clickbank and generated my buy now button.

I went to my website, and tried to test the purchase with a test credit card provided by click bank.

Everything goes smoothly, the transaction goes through and I'm redirected to my thank you page.

However... no file downloads.

Am I missing something? I created my own thank you page, is there some code I am supposed to put somewhere that will generate a link?

My product has not been approved yet but only because I dont have a download link working... I want to get this working soon!

Thanks for all your help.

To get the product approved by ClickBank, you must first set up the product at their end with a thank-you page URL on your own site where you have placed a static download link for your file; this would not involve E-junkie's thank-you pages or links at all.

Once CB has approved the product, you can edit its settings at their end to use E-junkie's thank-you page URL instead, which is provided in our ClickBank integration instructions:

After you switch the product to use our thank-you page, you can just delete the original thank-you page, link, and file from your own site.

I used a PHP script I found here, to allow an e-junkie link to be displayed on my own thank you page. Will this work fine after I am approved? I tested it but it couldn't verify the order after waiting 30 seconds on the thank you page.

I presume you are referring to this technique:

That should work fine once you get the product approved with CB and then switch it to use E-junkie's thank-you page URL, which would then automatically redirect to any Common Thank-you Page URL you may have entered in your E-junkie Account Preferences.

Also note that E-junkie does not support the test/demo/sandbox mode of any payment processor, so you can only test your setup by placing an actual paid order. This help page provides further tips for testing various aspects of your setup:

Hmm, so my product was activated, I tested the payment on my site with a real credit card and still get the same error using the PHP script you shown above.

"The payment processor has not yet informed us about your payment. Your order will be processed as soon as they inform us about the payment.

If required, any information related to this order will be emailed to you. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam filter or bulk email folder."

I also get no email from e-junkie with a download link. I only get an email from clickbank confirming the order with a download link that goes to my thank you page which displays that.

This error would be the result of ClickBank processing the payment but not notifying our system:

If you have correctly followed all of the integration instructions and used a button that we provided to make the sale this should happen automatically. Please be sure never to use a button provided by ClickBank directly since that would leave us out of the loop.

If you've double-checked all the set-up steps for using ClickBank with E-junkie and you've used one of our buttons to make the sale, try updating your Secret Key. Copying and pasting the same secret key on both sides sometimes fixes errors that were not otherwise obvious.
