That is because Albania is the only country you've selected in your Shipping Destinations list. Go to your E-junkie Seller Admin > Cart Shipping Settings > Shipping Destinations. Leaving nothing selected in that list works the same as selecting everything, so hold down your Ctrl key (for PC) or Command key (for Mac) and click Albania to deselect it. Scroll through the list to make sure nothing else is selected (if so, deselect it in the same manner), then click Next to save settings on that screen, then click Back to Admin, and you're all set.
