Cannot Contact Seller - Error Msg

Hello. I found something I wanted to purchase from a seller and tried checking out but to no avail. I went to the "contact" page for the seller and when I submit everything, an error comes up "Sorry. There was a system error." I need to contact this seller as it is pretty urgent. Thank you.
