Since 19:06 MST yesterday (18 Jan 2024), paid download links appear to NOT be showing up in e-junkie transaction logs. Only free downloads are showing up in the logs. I need to access the paid download information in order to assist customers.

Correction: Last paid transaction to be correctly posted to my e-junkie log was: 2024-01-19 01:46:11 MST.

@sales4 is correct. Logs are completely vacant. Email download links are apparently being sent to customers as they aren't complaining and I'm getting email notifications of transactions from e-junkie, but it's impossible to track anything using the e-junkie transaction log.

I have the same problem and I talked to support to find a solution

Oh, no, this appears to be broken again. My transactions log is blank starting at 16:20 Mountain Standard time yesterday.

My transaction logs are once again blank starting at 16:20 MST yesterday (31 Jan 2024). I need to reactivate download links and am unable to do so for purchases made after this time because there is nothing listed.

I believe we may have just answered your question via email, but to clarify for anyone else who might stumble across this thread, this was a temporary issue which our Dev team has now resolved. Transaction Logs should be recording as expected. Thank you for your patience!
