I understand the importance of contacting merchant directly, but what should a vendor do when the merchant does not reply or respond to problems such as downloading problems w/product? I also cannot reach merchant for a refund if reqired. Do you not represent these merchants and the validity of there business and products? I used your site in good faith and I am hoping to resolve my issue as soon as possible. Please help with advice, at the least. Thank you.
