You would probably want to use either our Send Stored Codes, Send Generated Codes, or custom/3rd-party Integration feature:

The first of those options would just issue each buyer a code from a list you'd provide in the product's settings. The other two would send the order data to a script at your end, so you could register the user at your end or generate a code from that data; the only difference between them is that Send Generated Codes would then receive raw text output back from your script that we would then forward to the buyer, whereas Integration just sends the data to your script without receiving any output back.
