I am Italian and I have to send an invoice to each customers that buys through e-junkie.

I'm looking for a way to automatically create this invoices. It seems that Freshbooks could do that, but I wrote to the support team since I am not sure.

The only way to do it in Quickbooks online seems to be to connect Paypal as a bank.



Do you know of other applications that can do this?

I also need to have the invoices numbered accordingly to my previous invoices.

PayPal normally sends the buyer a receipt email for their payment, but if you need to provide a more detailed invoice, this help page explains how to customize your E-junkie-generated thank-you pages in the format of an invoice:

Aside from that, we could only suggest using our custom/third-party Integration feature to have us submit the order details to a custom script at your end that could do whatever you wish with that data, such as assembling it into an invoice, with whatever custom invoice numbering you may require, that would be emailed to the buyer:
