Authorize.net declines - Anyone experience this

Hi:



We just got our authorize.net account accepted and configured. I came to e-junkie, entered the appropriate codes, and went to test a transaction after turning "test mode" off on our authorize.net account.



We have tried two different cards and both were apparently declined by the issuing bank. I checked with authorize.net and they said that we have to check with the banks. I did and the banks don't have a record of the declines (which they always do).



Has anyone else had issues like this with starting up their authorize.net account.

We haven't encountered anything like that before; are you certain your Authorize.Net account has been taken off test mode and is fully ready to process live sales? We would suggest pursuing the matter with Authorize.Net further, assuming you've double-checked every step of our integration procedure:
