Hi there -



I'm trying to set up where free shipping is applied to only my local country (UK) but the cart is applying the free shipping international orders too.

Is there a way to specify that the discount only be applied to one country?

While we don't have a way to apply a discount based on country, you CAN create a specific Shipping Rule for the UK when Min. Item Total is 15.00 or more. Go to Seller Admin > Cart Shipping Settings, then click Next to proceed to the Shipping Rules screen and add this new Shipping Rule:


Shipping Rate Calculator: Flat

Shipping Amount: 0.00

Country: United Kingdom

Min. Item Total: 15.00

Click Submit to save the Rule.



Click Back to Admin, and you're done!

Ah right, that would happen if an order qualifies for more than one Rule. Your Existing Shipping Rules menu appears to have another rule for Country:GB, applying a Flat rate of 3.00 to all orders regardless of Item Total. If you'd prefer that to only apply to orders under 15.00, select and Delete that Rule from the menu, then create another Rule to replace it:


Shipping Rate Calculator: Flat

Shipping Amount: 3.00

Country: United Kingdom

Max. Item Total: 14.99

Click Submit to save the Rule.
