I simply want to get started with the affiliate program so others can can sell my book too. I would prefer not to create a new website or webpage for this. I have someone directly interested in being an affiliate but wouldn't mind having others be able to sell it as well. Here is the current page:

Individual contact forms for our users (such as the one linked from my nickname on the forum) have been temporarily disabled until we can finish implementing a more robust CAPTCHA to block automated form submissions, due to a recent rash of spammers trying to abuse our contact forms to spam our clientele (about products the spammers were also selling via E-junkie -- some nerve!).
