Three weeks ago I added a new product to my line-up (7-Day Documentary Crash Course). One of my affiliates just got credit for referring a sale for that product, but their commission amount is not showing up in the transactions log (in the "Affiliate Share per item" box). It's showing up simply as $0.00. All the other products seem to be working fine.



Any ideas what's happening for this one product?

It appears you have enabled a product-specific hop link for that product but left its product-specific share at 0%, which is overriding your Common Share % for all affiliate-referred sales of that product. To fix this, you can edit product-specific affiliate settings for that item and do one of the following:



- Enter a product-specific share % for that product, which would apply to all affiliate-referred sales of that product;

...OR...

- Disable the product-specific hop link -- in this case, the product-specific % would have no effect, and any previously-issued hop links for that product would continue functioning as Common hop links.

Where do I go to "enter a product-specific share %" for the 7-Day Crash Course?



In the Seller Admin area I clicked both the "view/edit/delete product" link and the "Edit Affiliate Program Settings" link and I don't see a place to change the "Product specific share %".



Would it be possible to clarify a step-by-step process how to fix this? Thanks so much!

In your E-junkie Seller Admin:

- Click "Setup product specific affiliate programs" (under the Manage Products section in the left-hand column);

- Select the relevant product and click Edit Affiliate Settings;

- Enter the affiliate share % to be earned on all referred sales of that product;

- Click Submit to apply changes.
