If I sign up for an affilate whos landing page is an eBay Classified ad, will it all still work and give me credit for the sale?

As long as their eBay Classified ad has an E-junkie-issued cart or Buy Now button that buyers would need to use to purchase the seller's item, and of course as long as you're using your hop link code from your E-junkie Affiliate Admin to refer leads to that seller, that should work fine.
