I sell a downloadable ebook that has 50 sub-publications (one for each U.S. state). Purchasers get the main ebook and one state e-book.

I'll be hosting the main ebook on my server due to the size of the download.

I doubt if you have something that will automatically attach the proper state pub the main, based on the purchaser's address. But is there a way I can offer the buyer a choice of which state ebook to add to his order at no charge, perhaps a dropdown box. It would have 50 choices.

Thanks.

You would first need to set up each state's file as a separate product in your E-junkie Admin. You would have the main product's Add to Cart button by itself, and then you could have a menu of States with an Add to Cart button to add the selected State's file to their order, which would take some custom coding to create the menu as explained here:

With some additional custom scripting at your end, you could probably have the menu and just one Add to Cart button that would add both the main product and the selected State's bonus product to the cart using an adaptation of our multiAdd hack, discussed here:

If you need a developer to program the menu part of that for you and make it work with the multiAdd, Andrew with www.EasyE-junkie.com would probably be capable of figuring it out.

Ah, thanks for the detail explanation. I'll review the links and look at Andrew's site. If I can implement this, it will save a lot of manual aggravation at my end.
