Hello, I was a subscriber on the $5 plan and recently I upgraded to the $10 plan and when I did so, I changed my PayPal account to a different account. Now it seems that both accounts are being charged.



I was billed October 19th for $10 and October 25th for $5.

Since you used a new paypal account, you create a new subscription rather than upgrading old one.



If you let the customer service know your old PayPal email, they can cancel your old subscription and refund your payment.
