good morning

so far I have managed my company's invoices with https://www.zoho.com/books/

I am now completing the redesign of my website and I enabled e-Junkie for the management of purchase and payment

I would like to know if e-junkie creates documents invoice for customers who purchase products and services

if so, I would like to know how to set the starting number to align with that achieved on Zoho

I got the doubt because I saw that in the "thank you page" e-Junkie the default text speaks of his bill with its ID number

thanks for the clarification

good life

Typically, buyers would receive a payment receipt from the payment processor (e.g. PayPal) which handled their checkout payment; however, some checkout methods cannot send a receipt (e.g. card-based direct payments using PayPal Payments Pro).

You can customize your E-junkie-generated thank-you pages to resemble an invoice, which the buyer may save or print, as explained on this help page:

http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/tips.thankyou-page.invoice.htm

ok, the generated thank-you page could be a solution, but...

how and where can i "force" the customer to insert his invoice's data?

firt & last name, street, city, country, cap, fiscal code, ecc....

without this datas i can't create the correct thank-you page...

but - at the moment - i'm not finding the admin page to set this type of form

thanks a lot
