The shipping cost rules require the customer to submit a country name and a ZIP/postal code before calculating the cost. However, the ZIP postal code validation seems screwy. Eg for the UK, ZA and NZ any none blank data seems to be accepted, for the US it seems that real validation is performed, however, and most importantly for me, all valid post codes are rejected for Australia..ie I cannot sell products for shipment to AU



I am in the process of testing these facilities before merging into our live site and so I am afraid that you will not be able to see this directly, but it is pretty simple to test off-line

There should not be a problem using the shipping feature in our system for buyers in Australia. If you can send us the URL of a live sales page with our button codes on it we can take a look.
