I uploaded a .zip file of 494MB to sell as a digital download, but my customers are receiving empty .zip files when they purchase the product. I looked at my account summary and it says that the product is indeed taking up 494MB of my allocated space.



Is there an alternative way to upload a folder containing files instead of a zip? Or is there a way to make the .zip work that I'm missing? Some help would be greatly appreciated.

I issued myself a test link and had no trouble downloading all 494 MB of the file, so the 0 MB file was most likely the result of a glitch in starting the download process properly from the buyer's end -- i.e., their computer at least created the new file but then got stuck before saving any actual data to it.
