Zip Code Issue

The cart seems to load fine, but when a zip code is entered the cart just spins it's wheels. This was reported to me by a customer and then I verified it. Anybody else with this issue?

UPDATE: I get the same issue with the E-junkie demo of a T-shirt purchase. It has been going on for well over 6 hours now. This happens on multiple devices.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. There appears to be an issue with the USPS.com rate-lookup API we use to obtain rates. Development is investigating whether there's anything we can do at our end, but if the USPS rate API itself is down at their end, we can only wait for them to fix it.

Looks like the problem is actually with UPS Ground rate lookups, so you should be able to restore cart functionality by deleting your UPS Ground rule in Seller Admin under Manage Shipping, Tax, Discounts > Shipping Rules.
