I'm getting a zip code error this afternoon for alot of customers. Site has been running fine all day until recently. Any word on whats going on?

Hm, we've tested this with various ZIP codes on your site and were unable to reproduce any issue. If this is still happening, are any particular ZIP codes causing the problem? Does the error appear in the cart before proceeding to checkout, or on the payment processor's checkout page?
