I have changed my price on the first page of the edit process, saved and proceeded through each page, following the instructions. However, my customers are still seeing a much lower price on the shopping cart - one that I never set up. I have the price box enabled to adjust the price manually, but it still confuses people to see the item listed at half price. How do I get it to say my price?

Hi,



If you are allowing buyers to adjust the price and have any minimum or suggested price settings it is necessary to update the button on your site after making any changes.



Most product settings are completely internal and do not require that, but this situation is an exception. We have to code your suggested and minimum prices directly into the cart button itself, so the changes will not take effect until you replace the button on your site with the new code available in our system.
