I've been using the e-junkie WP plug-in on my WordPress blog, and it works but I'd like to get an e-commerce theme as they just look a bit more sophisticated. There are some really nice one's out now. I'm looking at WooCommerce.

E-junkie is not supported as a payment gateway, but Paypal is - so perhaps there is a work-around?

Not sure if the e-junkie add to cart button has a segment of the code that I could just put in the file url for the download?

Thanks for your help.

E-junkie is not a payment gateway/processor; we just provide a shopping cart that integrates with third-party payment services such as PayPal.

If you want to use E-junkie's download-delivery feature, you would need to use E-junkie Cart or Buy Now button codes to take online orders at your site, rather than using any shopping cart or other purchase-button functions provided with your WP theme or plugin -- e.g., you might use the theme/plugin product-listing or storefront-builder functions and just paste your E-junkie button codes into the product descriptions (or use the WP E-junkie plugin's shortcodes to add your E-junkie cart buttons there).

FWIW, I have tried this but the cookies won't work through to "view cart". I can buy via Buy Now or directly from the Add to Cart buttons, but when I continue shopping and then trying to view cart, no joy.

This works on other sites so it's not my Chrome browser (and confirmed in Firefox as well).

Demo page is here: 2http://bit.ly/wdGbTi2

The cart button codes on that demo page you linked reference an item number that does not match any product currently set up in your E-junkie Seller Admin. Make sure you copy each product's button code from Seller Admin to paste into your site:

If you are able to add an item to the cart, but the cart is not retaining items added to it, please see this help page for tips explaining that problem and how to correct it:

@Guru, thanks for checking in! The button you saw was me actually setting up template content as I had already given up on the "continue shopping --> view cart" process actually working.

That said, I think it's the fact we are using a numeric IP address site right now as we work behind the scenes that's causing the issue...I sure hope so as we love EJ!

Thanks again.

Our cart does require a named domain address in order to work properly, so that would probably explain any issues you might still be having. If you do your tests on a named domain everything should be fine.
