Currently, my home page is a squeeze page to get people to buy my ebook. Affiliates have linked to this page and of course when someone buys the ebook who came from one of my affiliates, my affiliate gets a commission.
Great... all is good there.
But I'm wanting to try something a little different.
I'm using MailChimp as a newsletter. What I want to do is in addition to my ebook being sold on my home page, I also want to create a free mini-course which people can opt into. The idea is to capture email addresses from people who visit the squeeze page but don't buy.
Then of course because they have opted into my free mini-course newsletter (a MailChimp powered Newsletter), they grow to want to learn more and end up clicking from my mini-course over to my sales page to buy my ebook.
The sales page will no longer be the home page, but rather a subpage.
So my question then is if an affiliate sends a person over to my home page and that person opts into my free mini-course and let's say a week later clicks from my mini-course page over to my ebook's sales page, will the original affiliate get the commission?
Thanks.
