Why am I getting a blank file when I download it?

I tested out your service, and all went well until I tried to download the file. All I got was a blank file. What's wrong?

Please make sure that you have uploaded a file for your product by going to Admin > Edit Product and also that "download" checkbox is checked in the product settings (Admin > Edit Product)
