Where do we update our account billing information?



I've looked all over seller admin and cannot seem to find how to update which credit card is charged for services. Thanks.

Our subscriptions work by helping you set up an auto-recurring payment plan in your own PayPal account, telling them to send us the same amount every month. We have no way of billing/charging you from our end; we just passively accept whatever payments your PayPal account sends us.



PayPal will always fund subscription payments from your PayPal account balance; they will only turn to your chosen backup funding source (credit card or bank account) to bring up your account balance enough to cover the subscription payment amount in full.

I've closed the paypal account used to fund my e-junkie account and opened a new one.



I'm unclear on how to tell my new paypal account where to send money and to which e-junkie account.

Note that you simply need to restart a new subscription payment plan for your existing E-junkie account; you DO NOT need to register a whole new E-junkie account from scratch.



Also bear in mind that the PayPal account that sends us your monthly subscription payments is distinct from the setting that determines which PayPal account receives checkout payments from your buyers; these can be the same PayPal account or different ones, but one does not affect the other.



If you need to update which PayPal account receives checkout payments from your buyers, that would be determined by your E-junkie Seller Admin > Edit Profile > PayPal Email setting.
