What's the max height we can use for the shopping cart?

I've modified the view cart script in the button code to increase the height but it only goes up to 475 px. Is that the max?

Also, is there any way to make it fluid so it will expand as items are added to the cart? If anyone adds more than 3 products in my cart the checkout buttons disappear.
