I have been selling with e-junkie for a month. I have orders and when I test everything is OK. I received a call that a customer could not add to cart. They clicked the link and nothing happened.

Does anyone know why the java script for add to cart may not work for someone? Without knowing why, I don't know how to fix it.

Thanks,

If they don't have JS enabled, E-junkie cart will open in a "pop up" window rather than the "inline" window .. and if they have pop-up blocker enabled as well, that might block the pop-up window.
