I sell coupon codes delivered by e-mail. I have all the transaction details provided by E-Junkie. I have no comments from the buyer. I think if I respond saying 'check your junk mail' etc. then they can escalate to a dispute. Or is it just a wash. I've already added them to my blocked list. The transaction was 20 days ago; case opened today. Thanks.

This is my first claim, other presumably fraudulent buyers (about 15% so far) use more of an 'extortion' approach by claiming the coupon 'had already been used' so I've just provided another one and they have gone away (for now I guess).
E-junkie does not have a procedure for such a event. What you can do is go to Seller Admin>View/Download Transaction Log, locate the original transaction and click on the link in the Transaction ID column. This will take you to the thank you page that would have been sent to the buyer. You can then send the link to PayPal to show that the buyer was given the product on a thank you page and if the buyer did not browse to the thank you page either after they paid or via the thank you e-mail they would never have seen the link for the product.
I navigated to the "E-mail us" page for PayPal where I asked a question about the dispute. Part of the form asks for the transaction record and case number. I received an e-mail response indicating they received my additional information and that I could respond to use the e-mail with more proof. I sent the e-mail containing the coupon that EJ sent. In the comments the buyer modified the wording of the ad to say "CAN'T be used online and "IN STORE USE ONLY" and claims he never received the mailed coupon. I also brought to PayPals attention the fact that he didn't provide a shipping address (cause he couldn't) I'll update this with result. All for $2.50. These scammers are pretty pathetic.
Also wondering if you could set PayPal to process an order from E-Junkie as a "service" or "gift" This would essentially solve most problems like this.
In reality the value of my coupons are the time spend finding them AND the process of listing them for sale and delivering them.
