What happens if the order is completed but E-junkie is unable to reach our server to generate?

Suppose a person completes their order but E-junkie is unable to reach our server to generate a registration code. Does the order get cancelled? Or does the order go through, but the end user gets no registration code? If it is the latter, does E-junkie warn the customer of what transpired?

In such cases buyer will receive a string [Please contact us for the code] instead of a blank code. Then they can hit reply and contact you.



Also, you (merchant) will be notified by us about this issue along with the transaction id and buyer's Paypal email.
