What happened to TinSeed?

Tinseed is still the Tucson-based consultancy contracted to manage operations for E-junkie in the US, and its domain isn't used for anything but email address routing; what emails stopped?

I was getting emails from Paypal deposits with a message from info[*at-[tinseed.com. I still get the deposits, but I don't get the emails.



As I'm thinking about it, maybe it's a Paypal issue. lol

Ah, this may pertain to E-junkie Reseller commission payments? I think Tinseed may handle those for Resellers that PayPal won't let our parent company in India pay directly for whatever reason. I'll bring this to the attention of our Billing agent who processes Reseller payments.

This is for the Reseller commission - which, now looking at it, I notice I haven't gotten payments for the past two months. Do you know who I should contact about that?

I don't want to be a pest, but I seem to still be having issues. I received payments for Oct2013 and Nov2013 on 06March2014 (much thanks!), but nothing after.



I'm still not sure if this is a Reseller commission issue, or a PayPal one (I've had problems with PayPal in the past).



The seller's Admin shows that things seem to be working. r=7595

You're not being a pest at all, if those payments are not being sent to you that is something that needs to be fixed. Could you please send us an email to support@e-junkie.com concerning the issue? We'll still be alerting the billing department that these payments need to be made but it can help to have a specific email ticket to refer to.

Here we are, over 2 years later and I'm still not getting paid for my referrals. I've spoken with E-Junkie support, and although they have been very nice, they also do not have answers as to why I'm not receiving my quarterly PayPal payments or when their parent company will be able to address these. I'm currently out a good deal of money on referrals, and I still send traffic to E-Junkie. I'll likely be pulling the E-Junkie links from my site soon, since it's free traffic for them and no money for us.



Has anyone here gotten an answer that actually ends with a proper payment?

They don't do referal payments. I was finally told that the referal is now a one-payment thing.

After several emails to the guy in Tuscon who runs tinseed (and sends the paypal payments), he told me that the people who run e-junkie have decided not to have referal payments as residual, but instead, just pay once per referal. This was after almost an entire year of me not getting ANY payments, and with no notice, email, nothing.



I've since removed all links and am no longer using them for any reason.



Someone was getting paid for my referals, but it wasn't me.

I've asked Management for an update on this situation. While they had been considering changes to our Reseller program terms some years ago, I don't recall ever hearing anything about changing to a "once per referral" basis, just some mention of wanting to move to quarterly payouts and possibly adding other criteria to demonstrate actively ongoing referral effort. Ultimately however, they decided against changing anything for the time being.
