It appears Ecwid's free tier only allows up to 10 products max., none of which can be digital items such as file downloads or digital codes. Their cheapest paid plan allows up to 100 products for $15/mo (or $150/yr), whereas we have a $5/mo plan that allows up to 10 different products including digital items using up to 200 MB, a $10/mo plan that allows up to 40 products, and larger plans beyond that.
Ecwid also restricts access to tech support and many of their features depending on your service plan level with them, whereas our only feature that depends on plan level is the ability to have us pull download files from an external server (rather than having to upload files to us), available on our plans of $20/mo and up. All of our other features are supported with all of our plans, including access to tech support, integration with third-party services like MailChimp, discounts, tax and shipping calculation, etc.
