how can i create a link to "view cart" that remains on every page of my website? I notice that when i take the view cart code from 1 particular product it only shows me items that are corresponding to that product only and not the others.

When you go to Seller Admin>Get Buy Now/Cart Buttons for Your Products and then select a product and click Get Button Code, then View Cart button on the right side of that page will be the same no matter which product you go to. The code on the left is the Add to Cart button, which is specific for each product.
i understand that but how can i place a view cart button to a page that doesnt have the add to cart button?
Your View Cart button code is unique to you, but it's the same for all your products; only the Add to Cart button code differs from one product to another. Depending on how your site is built, you may have a common header, footer or sidebar area where you could paste your View Cart code, to have that included on every page. Then you would only need to paste the Add to Cart code for each product wherever you're selling that item on your site.
