I'm wondering about VAT for my ebusiness. Do most small-outfits collect this? I am selling digital downloads, and I'd imagine that eventually I will have an EU customer. Do you have any wisdom?
Unfortunately, I can't advice you about whether or not you need to charge VAT. However, if you do decide to charge VAT, you can enable the setting in E-junkie Seller Admin > Tax Settings.
