Variables in thankyou email subject

Hi,

I would like to use the variable $[%gross%] in thankyou email subject but somehow it wont resolve and appear as it is. I would be grateful if that can be fixed.



Also, is there a way to display the list of items purchased in thankyou email? Just want to confirm if this is possible.

The only variables which work in the Subject line are [%business_name%] for the Common Thank-you Email or [%item_name%] for product-based thank-you emails.



It is not possible to compose a thank-you email template listing all items in the order, because the Common email is not associated with any particular product and thus cannot contain item-specific details, and product-based emails can only contain details about that specific product.



However, you can customize your thank-you page to resemble an invoice and include a [%thankyou_link%] in your email for buyers to reach that page -- see details here:
