Using one paypal account with 2 E-junkie accounts

I am starting a new website the 1st of the year, totally unrelated to the current one. I want to run downloads through your site and use Paypal. I do not want the 2 websites to interact in any way. When I am ready to start, can I open a 2nd account for the new site with the same Paypal account that I use to pay for my site?

Sure. Please note that even though you are using the same paypal account, you will need 2 separate emails associated with it as one paypal email can only be associated with one e-junkie account at a time.
