I have an internet connections that sometimes goes really slow.

I have to upload several file to e-junkie close to the 500mb limit. My first try lead to a timeout error and a failed upload.

How can I avoid it?

I am seeing only 3.73 MB uploaded for your account, so it appears your upload attempts were unsuccessful due to your unreliable Internet connection. If you are outside North America, you would probably have more success uploading to an external server closer to you and having us pull the file from that server.
