I have reactivated my ejunkie account after quite a while... I can see that all my products have been activated however when i send someone a free download link or they purchase a product, the download link does not work.. This is the message the customer gets when they click on the "click here" button:

Argh! We were unable to locate the page you were trying to load.

To save your last click, you must invest another.

Go to E-junkie and do a search.

In the product listings, i can see that there is still a record for my product files but it just doesn't download :(

please help!

I have reproduced the issue you described and will need to ask Development to investigate the issue. I'm guessing when our system revived your products or the files for those products, there was some glitch which we'd need to resolve manually.

Aha, it appears you restarted your subscription more than 30 days after your last subscription was canceled and your account lapsed, so your files got deleted. However, our system didn't clear the metadata describing those files (filenames, sizes, upload dates), so it looked like they were still there when they weren't anymore. You will need to reupload your files.

I dont have them anymore!! :(

is there no way to retrieve them?

if you have some backup or something... i would be eternally grateful

Sorry, we do not keep any long-term backups of files that were deleted from defunct accounts, so we have no way to recover those files for you by now.
