I'm currently on a trial membership with a strong intent to begin an account. I have successfully uploaded and tested one product with no issues. I love your service and interface! I'm in the process of adding my 2nd product (73.5MB) and my upload status begins as normal and at about 10.5% it slows to a halt with no further progress. I have restarted a few times with similar results. HELP! Thank you!

We are not experiencing an error with this part of our system and there is nothing in your account settings that would keep the upload from completing. Have you attempted it again since you made the above post? If so, did it get further then the 10.5%? If not, have you tried using a different browser to see if the upload is more successful in another web browser?
